L.B.P.D in search of Sexual Assault Suspect, police seeking the public’s help

L.B.P.D is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect who allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman.

According to the L.B.P.D, the incident occurred last Sunday, March 15th at a Downtown Long Beach parking structure on the 400 block of Pine Ave. Detectives discovered, during their preliminary investigation, that the victim was approached by the suspect and forced her into the back of the victim’s car. The suspect then drove the victim’s car to “several unknown locations where the acts of sexual assault occurred”.

At approximately 3:30 p.m., L.B.P.D officers responded to a parking structure where the kidnapping took place and talked with the victim, the suspect fled the scene of the crime before the police arrived.
