LB man charged with indecent exposure & stalking multiple girls & women
A 34-year old Long Beach man has pleaded not guilty to five counts of indecent exposure, four counts of stalking and one count of contact with a minor for a sexual offense, the L.A County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday.
David Leon Lopez is accused of exposing himself and stalking eight females whose ages range from 15 to 46 between Oct. 1, 2019, and Aug. 2, 2020.
The alleged incidents occurred in Long Beach, Santa Monica, and Los Angeles.
If convicted, Lopez faces up to seven years and six months in county jail.
The case remains under investigation by the Long Beach Police Department.
