LBFD Extinguishes a Structure Fire on Anaheim Street

Long Beach Firefighters responded to the 223 block of Anaheim Street late Saturday night to limit a small fire at a mini-mall.

Details:

The blaze sprang about just after 9:00 p.m. and spread across into the adjacent business, but fire crews were able to smother the blaze, LBFD says.

• Multiple fire trucks responded to the fire, and the circumstances that caused the fire are under investigation.

• No injuries were reported, and no one was displaced as a result of the flames.

• LBPD assisted fire crews in redirecting traffic.
