LBFD: No injuries in Friday night house fire in Bluff Park

Long Beach Fire Department says no injuries were reported from a house fire Friday night at the coastal community of Bluff Park.


The second alarm fire was located home on the 2700 block of East First Street; smoke and flames were seen billowing from a hole on the roof.

  • Long Beach Fire Department spokesperson Capt. Jack Crabtree told the Post that fire engines arrived at 6:40 p.m. and that firefighters smothered the blaze in half an hour.

  • No one was injured, and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
