LBPD Arrest Man for Allegedly Trafficking a 13-Year-Old Girl

The Long Beach Police Department announced the arrest of a North Carolina man accused of human trafficking a 13-year-old girl.
Details:
Tyler Rosbor, a 23-year-old resident of Browns Summit, North Carolina, has been accused of one count of human trafficking of a minor and one count of pimping in relation to an adult female.
After Rosbor was apprehended on September 24th, police learned that a teenage victim was being trafficked in the Los Angeles area; vice detectives would meet with her in Long Beach, police say.
During the investigation, police ascertained that Rosbor arrived in California in September and started pimping a female adult, who introduced him to the juvenile victim.
Investigators discovered that the victim was forced to perform prostitution acts for two men in Merced County.
The 13-year-old victim was reunited with a relative and provided victim-centered services through the Los Angeles County First Responder Protocol for Sexually Exploited Children.
Rosbor is being held on $175,000 bail and is due to return to court on October 23, 2020, for arraignment.
