LBPD: Man shoots girlfriend after an argument

Long Beach police have arrested a man accused of shooting his girlfriend in the upper body.
Details:
The shooting occurred last Thursday night at about 11:33 p.m. at a residence near 10th Street and Cherry Avenue.
According to police, the suspect is 22-year-old Luis Oros. His victim was his live-in girlfriend, Crystal Gonzalez, age 18, who was engaged in an argument when Oros allegedly "discharged a firearm at Gonzalez."
Gonzalez succumbed to her wounds over the weekend.
Oros was charged with one count of murder and remains in custody on a $1 million bail.
