Long Beach massage therapist detained on allegations of sexual battery & sex crimes against a minor

A Carson man was arrested on multiple counts of sexual battery and sexual crimes against a minor.

Details:

29-year-old Carson resident Jerod Curtis is under arrest after a "female juvenile" phoned the LBPD on Friday to report that Curtis "inappropriately touched" her.

• Mr. Curtis, a massage therapist, and youth volleyball coach, is facing two other sexual battery charges involving adult victims.

• At this time, Curtis is currently being held at the Long Beach Jail on a $225,000 bail.
