Man Killed in Hit-&-Run in Downtown Long Beach

L.B.P.D is investigating a hit-and-run that occurred near the area of Fifth Street and Pacific Avenue just before 4:00 am on Sunday.

• When officers reached the scene they discovered an unconscious male lying in the street on Pacific Avenue, per LBP.

• Police say the victim was “crawling" across Pacific Avenue when he was struck and the driver continued northbound on Pacific without stopping.

• L.B.P.D has described the vehicle as a white sedan, possibly a Nissan.
