Long Beach public health officials announced 38 new cases of the infectious coronavirus, bringing the cities total to 667 confirmed cases.

One male, who was trying to enter a homeless shelter in West Long Beach, displayed coronavirus symptoms and was taken to a nearby hospital, per the LBP
The L.B.C.C's Pacific Coast Campus testing site is a LA County site and will continue to be available only to symptomatic individuals and frontline essential workers who are symptomatic or asymptomatic per their Countywide policy.
