Victim identified after deadly crash near El Dorado Park

Police have identified the lone victim of a single-car crash near El Dorado Park as 29-year-old Long Beach resident Kylee Sooter.
Details:
According to police, the crash occurred early Thursday morning on Feb. 11., at roughly 6:20 a.m., near Studebaker Road and Spring Street. When officers arrived, they came upon an overturned Dodge Challenger.
The driver was ejected from the car and was found lying in the roadway.
Long Beach Fire Department responded to the crash, but the driver died at the scene despite all life-saving measures.
Detectives believe the driver may have experienced a medical emergency, prompting her to speed up and lose control of her vehicle.
The driver crashed into a planter box, became airborne, and then struck multiple signs and a utility pole before coming to a standstill. Sooter wasn't wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, police say.
What's New:
Sooter's family has set up a GoFundMe and that the "funds collected will go to Kylee's family and a donation will be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of America in her name."
Sooter's family says Kylee suffered an epileptic seizure before the crash, per the GoFundMe page.
