Widow of port worker files wrongful death lawsuit against the City of LB

The widow of a worker, who died when a vehicle struck him in January, has filed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against the City of Long Beach, the LB Post reports.
Details:
Pattama Ang, the wife of a 64-year-old clerk at the Port of Long Beach, Chulaih Ang, was killed in January when a vehicle struck him.
In the lawsuit, Mrs. Ang alleges her husband worked in “dangerous conditions,” formed by the City, as a clerk who had the responsibility to find containers to be relocated.
She also asserts in her suit that the City failed to erect warning signs or place safety labels.
Ang is also suing the company that operates the large bird shape cranes.
